Tension cropped up in the Madhavpura area on Wednesday morning when the dead body of a young man was found on the Ranakpur road. The body was identified as Devendra Vishinio of Jalore district who was staying at Jain Colony, New Bhopalpura and was kidnapped by an unknown accused on Tuesday.

The mishap occurred on Tuesday night when few people came to Devendra’s house where he was staying with a woman since a month. The group abruptly entered their house, started beating them and took them away in separate cars. The owner of the house had informed the police who launched the barricading in the city, police said.

During barricading police was intimated about a car accident near Iswal village. Upon reaching there, the police found the victim women inside the car along with her husband Prakash Vishnoi. The victim woman was rushed to MB Hospital whereas husband Prakash was detained by the cops and shifted to Sukher police station.

Unfortunately on the other side of the city, dead body of Devendra Vishnoi was found in mysterious circumstances in Madhavpura.

During the investigation, the matter came out as both victims Devendra and the woman had affair outside their marriage with each other. The woman, a mother of a kid and married to Prakash was staying in Mumbai. Both Devendra and the woman fled from Mumbai and relocated to Keshav Nagar, Udaipur in the last month.

Prakash had filed a missing person report to Mumbai police and while the police was searching, Prakash in between reached Udaipur’s Keshav Nagar along with few associates and abducted his wife and Devendra in two different cars on Tuesday night. While the car carrying Prakash and his wife met with an accident at Iswal, Devendra’s dead body was found in Madhavpura, SHO Harendra Singh informed.

The body of Devendra was handed over to his relatives after post mortem, which apparently twisted the case. Police is considering the case of murder after kidnapping and is now interrogating the accused Prakash to reveal information about the associates who fled from the scene after killing Devendra.
