Police has lodged a case of murder against a man for allegedly assaulting his own cousin which resulted in his death. The accused was caught by the residents of Lakadwas who handed him to the police.

According to police, the victim Rooplal, 28, resident of Lakadwas died during treatment at MB Hospital last night. Rooplal was receiving treatment from past few days after he was admitted with severe injuries. As per police, the victim was wounded after he was hit by the accused Lalu Ram, cousin of Rooplal.

Both Rooplal and Laluram had an argument on 31^st Aug which turned into a fight. Laluram allegedly thrashed Rooplal with heavy object. After severely injuring Rooplal, the accused fled away.

Pratapnagar police lodged complaint against Laluram while the victim was admitted to MB Hospital. Last night, the victim succumbed to his injuries while the accused was caught by the villagers.
