Mastermind of Paliwal’s Murder arrested from Keer ki Chowki

Since the murder of Praveen which occurred on 16th March, Naresh was absconding. Though he was not directly involved in the assassination, but was believed to be the conspirator as he had prolonged enmity with Praveen Paliwal.
Acting on the tip provided by informer, Naresh was caught by a police team led by AD.S.P City Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj and SHO of Dhan mandi Police Station, Rajendra Jain.
According to Rajesh Bhardwaj, “Naresh Harijan, resident of Nada Khada confessed of planning the murder.”

During interrogation, Naresh told police that he and Praveen had issues going on since 2005. After few years, Praveen started real estate business where he concentrated between Siphon to Iswal belt and started trading in property. Naresh also tried to do business in the same area which troubled Praveen.
Naresh told police that on 19th Feb, he was allegedly assaulted by Praveen Paliwal’s men and since then he decided to take revenge by killing Paliwal.
On 12th March, Naresh asked his associates Karan Singh, Sahil Harijan, Dalpat Singh and Chanchal Maharaj to kill Paliwal. Naresh gave them three pistols and Rs.20000 cash and asked them to pledge that they will murder Paliwal.
After assigning them the task, Naresh went to Jagat and stayed there till 16th March. Whereas all four accused followed Paliwal and observed his daily routine.
On 16th March, when Naresh got the news of Praveen’s death, he left for Ahmedabad and stayed there for 3-4 days. Then he moved to Mumbai for few days and returned back to Chittorgarh where he was arrested.
Till now, Police has arrested three people including Naresh, Sahil and Karan, while Dalpat Singh and Chanchal are still absconding.
