An argument turned into a brawl between two students of Rabindra Nath Tagore (RNT) Medical College, after one student allegedly bit off an ear of another student.

The victim, Sushil Kumar, second year Junior Boys student was rushed to hospital with serious injuries on his ear and had to undergo an operation in the middle of the night. Sushil’s friend, Chetan has lodged a complaint with the Hathipol Police Station to this effect, against Anil Kumar, a 3^rd Year student for assaulting Sushil.

The fight started when Sushil denied giving his motorcycle to Anil even after being forced by him multiple times.

In a rage, Anil first smashed Sushil and then bit up his ear. The critically wounded Sushil was rushed to the Emergency Ward of MB Hospital, where he went through an operation.

The Hathipol Police is investigating the matter.
