A middle aged man died in an accident that occurred at Goverdhan Vilas area on Saturday while coming towards Udaipur from Dungarpur.

Victim Bharat Kumar Meena of Dungarpur was hit by an unknown vehicle at Goverdhan Vilas while he was heading towards Udaipur on his bike. He was rushed to the MB hospital where the doctors declared him dead and sent his body to the mortuary for postmortem, informed Yashpal, one of his relatives.

Yashpal further told that Bharat Kumar was staying in Udaipur for the last few years and working as a security guard. At morning around 11 AM, he last talked to Yashpal about his going to Udaipur and at 11.45 AM, Yashpal received the information about Bharat’s road accident.

The Goverdhan Vilas police was informed about the mishap that shifted the body and started the investigation.
