The wanted criminal, Ayub Shah, who had been absconding for a long time in the case of shootout at BJP’s General Secretary Moti Lal Dangi, was arrested today by hathipol police.

According to S.P Hari Prasad Sharma, “We got the tipoff that Ayub is hiding at Chittorgarh on which, the police team was immediately sent to Chttor to arrest Ayub Shah”.

Ayub, resident of Patel Circle was a partner of Azam; Azam is already in the Jail since last December.

Ayub Shah is the history sheeter with more than 8 cases of murder, attempt of murder and assault registered against his name at various police stations of the city.

Ayub shah was one of the key accused and had been absconding after the case of day light shoot out on Moti Lal Dangi at Durga nursery road on 15 June. Dangi survived the attack.
