The social organization 'Muslim Mahasabha Rajasthan' demanded higher level investigation and action against school administration for allegedly provoking a 12-year-old student Sahil for suicide.
The social organization ‘Muslim Mahasabha Rajasthan’ demanded higher level investigation and action against school administration for allegedly provoking a 12-year-old student Sahil for suicide.
Sahil, resident of Banswara is studying in a well known school at Udaipur and was also staying in the school’s hostel.
On 4th Dec, Sahil was found lying on the school ground with severe injuries. As per sources, Sahil jumped off from the second floor of school building in an attempt to suicide while school administration claims it to be an accident.
Members of Muslim Mahasabha reached collectorate and handed over a memorandum to the higher administrative official. They demanded higher level probe in the matter and alleged school administration’s role in the mishap.
The organization also demanded legal action against school principal, class teacher and security guards.
Sahil is admitted in a private hospital and his condition is said to be ‘out of danger’.
Since the news was published in local media, many assumptions and statements are circling around. The victim’s version is still unknown as he is under treatment in the hospital.
