The key accused of the much talked about murder of Praveen Paliwal, Naresh Harijan was taken on production warrant from jail by Sukher police yesterday, under a case of demanding Rs. 1 lakh from a victim by threatening him.

Victim Laxman Singh of Rathoro Ka Guda lodged a FIR against Naresh accusing him for demanding Rs. 1 lakh against regulating his business in the city.

Laxman informed the police that few months back the accused met him near BSF camp and threatened him to give him money; else he will not allow him to carry his business in the area, said police.

As Laxman went to jail under some charges after the incidence, as soon as he came out, he went to the police station and lodged his complaint, as per police.
