Ajay sustained severe wounds on hand and chest; whereas Vinod broke his leg as their bike slipped.

Soon many people from the area gathered and informed police. Both victims were rushed to a private hospital.

Ad. S.P Hanuman Prasad said, “Barricading is lodged in and around city to catch the accused.”

When asked about the gang war, Additional S.P said, “It will be too early to relate it with gang war but as per the past records of victims and the links with Naresh Harijan who was the prime accuse of Paliwal’s murder, this attack could be part of the revenge.”

However, police has not disclosed names of any suspect involved in the attack today but unofficial sources believe that Ajay Purbia was the close associate of Naresh Harijan and the attack is allegedly done by Praveen Vasita who was close to Praveen Paliwal.
