A 20 year old nursing student from Semari Village committed suicide at Panerio ki Madri area of Hiran Magri police station circle. The victim Gajendra Choubisa was found hanging from the roof of his room on Thursday morning.

According to police, the victim was staying at a rented room at Panerio ki Madri. In the morning, the owner of the house found the room locked from inside and after no response for a long time, he informed the victim’s parents who rushed to the scene.

The room was forced open by the relatives and found Gajendra’s body hanging from the roof with a rope. His body was appeared to be 2 days old, said police. The postmortem of the body has been conducted and sent back to the relatives.

The investigation is handled by the Hiran Magri police who found that the victim had visited his grand parents at Sarada village and returned to Udaipur on 18th Nov. Since then, he had not met anyone.

The matter of the suicide is still unknown. The police searched his room where a register of the victim has been taken in custody to find clues regarding the mishap.
