Police officials got hold of one more person today with an illegal weapon in his custody. A country made pistol and some live bullets were found in possession of Shafeeq Khan, resident of slum colony near Railway Station.

A team from Surajpol Police Station arrested Khan at 2:30pm from slum colony.

According to police, Khan has confessed of buying the gun from Sheru, another accused already in jail under charges of Arms Act. Police is also trying to investigate to know the circumstances under which the accused bought the weapon.
