Police has arrested another person possessing illegal weapon. The accused identified as Girish Singh Chauhan, resident of Kalkamata Road was arrested from Swaroop Sagar area and booked under Arms Act.

Girish was caught in a sudden raid by the team from Hathipol Police Station. Upon checking, a pistol was found from his custody. During initial interrogation, Girish informed that he originally hails from Madhya Pradesh who was staying in Udaipur from past few months and dealing in cars.

The raid was executed by Hathipol Police Station with Special Task Force. Police is now trying to know more about the people behind the nexus of illegal weapon trade.
