Hathipol Police has detained more than a dozen people for consuming liquor at Fathesagar Lake last night. The accused were caught during the rounds by the night patrol.

According to police, a group of people were found having alcohol by mixing it in soft drinks. After checking, they were found at fault.

Police also detained four motorcyclists who were performing stunts at the lake side.

Breath analyzer failed

According to reports, two breath analyzing machines failed to work while checking the defaulters. Subsequently, police verified their suspicion through alternative means.
