Owner of Udai Palace Hotel & Resort was arrested by Goverdhan Vilas police on Friday six months after the rave party that held at the hotel in which 83 people were nabbed by the cops in objectionable condition and booked under sections of PITA Act.

The accused owner Pankaj Bansal was absconding since 5^th April when the police busted a rave party at his hotel residence. Around 60 businessmen from Ahmedabad, Surat, Kishangarh and Valsaad were arrested with girls. Police had also arrested his wife on the day with an amount of Rs. 2.19 Lac, DySP Ranu Sharma informed.

Sharma added that the accused will now be produced in court on Saturday and taken to police custody remand for further interrogation.
