A female Patvari of Varni village Patvaar Mandal is arrested by the team of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) while she was accepting a bribe amount of Rs. 8000 in return of a land related work.

According to the Adsp ACB Brijesh Soni,  the accused Patwari Kamlesh Meena first demanded the amount of Rs.15000 from the victim when he approached her to do some required alteration in the paper related to a piece of land, but later the bribe amount was negotiated to Rs 11000 and Rs.3000 was paid in advance.

The victim  has lodged the complaint with the ACB few days back after which the an investigation was done and on Monday the accused Patvari was arrested from her office situated at Varni village of Mavli area of the district.
