Increasing vigil and building pressure on the increasing illicit activities in the city, police has aggressively started imposing rules and checks on traffic stops.

Both, male and female riders wearing scarves or covering their face are being stopped on traffic signals and are checked for paperwork. They are asked not to cover their face in such manner.

Traffic police has also came into action and started checking license and registrations of vehicles.

As per S.P. Ajay Lamaba, “The car owners, who’ve tinted their windows with dark film, will also face strict actions from now on.”
