A police guard who had allegedly misbehaved with the wife of a patient admitted in MB hospital has been arrested today.

The incident occurred on 5th Oct at MB hospital, when according to the complaint registered by the victim woman, the constable who is identified as Laxman Meena, 45 year-old had misbehaved with her while she was sleeping near her ailing husband at MB hospital.

The woman with the help of a local politician reached higher police officials and informed about the incident.

Acting over the complaint, the accused Laxman Meena who was appointed as a guard in Central Jail was arrested today by Hathipol police.
