Udaipur Police has launched search operation for few accused who allegedly attacked a policeman.

According to the victim police constable, Rooplal Salvi, the suspects were in white Scorpio car and deliberately hit his car while he was going towards Kherwada with his son last night. Salvi, who is currently posted in Rajsamand has lodged complaint at Tidi Police Station.

Constable Rooplal has doubt on a liquor smuggler for this attack, as recently Salvi with his colleagues caught an illegal liquor consignment.

The attack could be planned and executed by the same gang of smugglers, out of revenge. Salvi has lodged report in the name of Bharat Dangi who deals in illegal liquor.
