A large number of people marched through the collectorate and presented a memorandum in support of Praveen Paliwal who was murdered on 16^th March. The supporters demanded arrest of all absconding accused involved in the sensational crime.

Two of the accused Sahil Harijan and Karan Singh were already arrested yesterday by Bhopal Pura Police.

Protestors under the banner of Mewar Sindhu Brigade stated in the memorandum that the victim, Praveen Paliwal was helpful to many poor people, mainly farmers and saved their land from being acquired illegally by land mafias.

Condemning the attack, protestors said that the murder was politically motivated and also had involvement of land mafias.

The memorandum said that, Paliwal’s enemies are trying to defame his image through social media and other mediums. The protesters demanded arrest of all those who are involved in the murder.

Praveen Paliwal was shot dead on the eve of Holi when he was shopping with his family at Shastri Circle.
