Rape victim visits Collector’s Office, complains no police action against the accused
A widow and mother of three children has visited the office of District Collector Vikas Bhale yesterday and alleged that even after lodging an FIR, no legal action had been taken yet against the person who allegedly raped her on 25th Dec 2012 at her residence in Gogunda.

The veiled victim who works at a local Aganwadi centre, presented a complaint letter to the Collector and blamed that the accused is roaming freely and also pressurizing her to take the complain back. She had also a received notice from Anganwadi to leave the job.
According to the victim, the accused Bhanwar Singh Taldara belongs to a political party and allegedly uses his influence to pressurize her.
