Two police constables of Rishabhdev Police station who gang raped a 14-year-old girl, daughter of a female constable of the same police station were sent to judicial custody today by sub divisional magistrate of Rishabhdev.

Police constables Kishore Singh and Bheema Singh had allegedly raped the minor girl on the night of 14 Feb at their home located in police quarters at Rishabhdev Police station compound.

The abominable incident shook the police department of Udaipur and stirred public anger over the shameful act by policemen with the daughter of another police official.

A group of people protested outside Collectorate and demanded quick and strict action against the accused policemen.

Protestors also demanded fast track court for the case, so that victim can get justice and convicts could be punished. Both accused police constables were produced before Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Rishabhdev and sent to Jail.
