A female senior citizen became victim of chain snatchers today at Hiran Magri Sector-3. Approximately 10 tola of gold necklace worth more than Rs. 2 Lac has been robbed of in the broad day light. Victim Kamla Khatik was attending house inauguration function, when she came out of the house for some work; two men on motorcycle approached her, snatched gold chain and fled. Hiran Magri police lodged barricades over several places, but there was no sign of the robbers. Police complaint has been lodged.
