Two trucks illegally transporting Liquor were apprehended by Dabok Police yesterday, at two different locations.

Acting on a tip off in both the cases, the Dabok Police stopped a mini truck at Saloni Kaanta (Weigh bridge) in the Gudli (RIICO) Industrial Area at 6:30AM and 405 Cartons of  liquor were found in the truck. The driver, however, left the truck and ran away. 4 hours later, ie at 10:30AM, the CI at Dabok Police Station, Jitendra Achalia apprehended a truck which was said to be standing off the road at Moti Kheda, Dabok. 455 Cartons of Liquor were found in the vehicle. Both trucks and the liquor contained therein have been seized by the Police. The value of the Liquor is said to be around Rs. 25 Lacs.
