Rs. 2500 worth Currency Notes found to be Fake

The Manager of State Bank of India, Main Branch, Madhuban has filed a report at Surajpol Police Station, saying that 3 fake currency notes have been deposited at their Pratap Nagar branch. Of the 3 notes, two currency notes are of Rs. 1,000 denomination and one note is of Rs. 500 denomination.

The issue came to light at the time of counting at the Main Branch situated at Madhuban. The administration informed the Senior Manager and he filed the report with Police on behalf of the Bank.

After getting the complaint police have taken the notes into custody and have started investigations.
