In a broad daylight pickpocketing case, a man lost Rs. 49,000 on 2nd Sept, 2012 during his travel in a Roadways bus from his village to Udaipur City.

According to Police, Radhakishan Mogia s/o Bhagwan Lal Mogia, resident of Rathli Village, Badi Sadri was enroute from Rathli to Udaipur and then onwards to Siroi for purchasing cattle.  He was carrying Rs. 49,000 in his inner pocket to facilitate the purchase transaction.

He hopped onto a Roadways bus from Rathli to Udaipur City with a few known community members.  On his arrival to Udaipur, he disembarked to purchase the ticket to Siroi at the Udiapol Bus Station, where he found that the money he had been carrying was missing.

He then inquired home, and subsequently returned back.  However, today he lodged an FIR for the theft at Surajpol Police Station where he also stated a doubt on his fellow community member Ranglal Mogia and his wife who were travelling together with Radhakishan.

The Police have registered the case and have started digging for the clue.
