Rs 95k looted from Car Workshop
Another case of shop break-in has been registered by the Surajpol Police today morning.
The incident occurred on Sunday night, 29th April at a car repairing workshop located near the City Railway Station. Rs.95000 was stolen from a safe of the workshop owned by Rahul Mehta, resident of Bhopalpura.

According to the Police, thieves entered the workshop through an old fort wall attached to the workshop. “They entered the 2nd floor by breaking the glass window and then came down to the ground floor where the cash was kept in a locker” said Abhay Singh, investigation officer in-charge of the case.
The thieves also damaged the CCTV camera installed in the workshop.
Police have taken the statement of the accountant of workshop who used to keep the every day cash collection and maintain the records of the cash transactions.
