Two people have lodged a complaint at Surajpol Police station after a man is suspected to have taken off with a bag containing cash and documents from the back seat of their car.

According to the victim Nathuram Suthar, a resident of Barmer, the incident occurred yesterday at Udiapol petrol pump. A young man around 18-20 years of age approached the men and said that the oil was leaking from their car.

Both Nathuram and his acquaintance Harmal Ram came out of their car to check the leakage. The suspect used this opportunity to steal the bag and fled.

The bag reportedly contained Rs. 16000 and a passport. Police has started searching for the accused.
