A day light robbery shook the city today when two of the employees of Saras Milk Parlour’s cash collection located at Kumawatpura were looted by unidentified robbers.

A day light robbery shook the city today when two of the employees of Saras Milk Parlour’s cash collection located at Kumawatpura were looted by unidentified robbers.

Rs.5.62 lac cash, which was robbed at gunpoint, was said to be the amount collected from different Saras Milk counters across the city.

Surajpol Police has lodged a massive manhunt and is zeroing in on various possible aspects to executing the crime, including analyzing records of all past and present employees of the cash counter.

According to Jamnalal Gujjar (in photo above), contractor of the cash counter who lodged an FIR that Ankit Agrawal and Suresh Lohar, both working as cash collectors were sitting at their office located at Kumawatpura today afternoon when two men on a motorcycle with their faces covered entered in the office and pointed a gun at Ankit and asked them to give all cash.

Ankit gave the cash to the robbers who immediately fled away leaving both Ankit and Suresh shocked.

Fortunately, Rs.7 Lac was left untouched, perhaps because robbers were trying to hurry up. Around Rs.15 lac cash is collected every day from the Udaipur region.

After receiving statements from everyone including both Ankit and Suresh, Police is investigating on all past employees.

Statements from Ankit and Suresh are raising doubts and confusion as the description of the incident is stated different in their version.

Ankit told police that everything happened in such a condition that he and suresh were very scared and were in state of shock.

Ankit Agrawal who works for Gujjar from last 4 years is a resident of Paneriyon ki Madri while Suresh joined 15 days back and belongs to Sakroda.

There are other two workers who didn’t come for work today were Deepak Solanki resident of Bhatiyani Chohta and Mahesh Gujjar who resides at Balicha.

Jamnalal Gujjar, cash counter contractor also informed about two boys Surendra Bhati and Deepak Jain, whom he fired a few months back. The Police is preceding the investigation as per the information and suspicion the owner had on his past and present employees.
