A case of theft to the extent of Rs. 70000 cash and approximately 6 Tolas of Gold and Silver ornaments was reported at Pratap Nagar yesterday. Bagchand Jain, the owner of the house reported the incident and registered the case at Pratap Nagar Police Station when he found out about the theft. Reportedly, Bagchand and his family were out for a function, when a tenant of his house knocked on their door for some work. After knocking plenty of times, he was returning back, when he saw a few persons coming out of the window on the other side. The persons fled before the tenant could do anything. The tenant then immediately informed Bagchand, who then informed the Police and registered the case against the unknown thieves.
