Three shop keepers of Panchavati area were booked under the Explosive Act, when they were found selling crackers outside their shops without taking requisite licenses from the concerned department.
When these shop keepers, viz. Dilip Jain, Chunni Lal Kumawat and Om Prakash Dave were asked not to sell the crackers at their shops they protested and since they were unable to provide the necessary licenses, they were arrested. One of their supporters, Yashwant Kumar was meanwhile detained under Section 151CRPC for disturbing peace, said the police.
