Silver Mukut Thief sent to Jail
The thief who was caught in the CCTV cameras, while stealing the silver Mukut (crown) from Hanuman Temple, near Fatah School on 25 Nov. is arrested and sent to judicial custody today, after his family members took him to police station and made him surrender.

The culprit, Puran Prakash Vaishnav (26) is resident of Kailash Nagar, a slum area at Machchla Magra and used to work as a helper, in a general store owned by his brother Murli Vaishnav.
“Puran is mentally not well and his treatment is going on with Dr. Sushil Kasara”, said Murli. He also said that when his family came to know about the theft in Mandir committed by Puran; they took him to police station and made him surrender before police.
However, police has given a different version, saying that they arrested Puran from his residence and the stolen mukut was found in his possession.
