SP assures action on the plea of Memorandums submitted

Adding to the recent set of events of dispute between Hoteliers and Auto Rickshaw drivers in Lal Ghat area, memorandums were handed over to Superintendent of Police, Mahesh Goyal today by Amzad Khan and Mohd. Shahid.
Mohammad Shahid, resident of Lal Ghat, runs his auto rickshaw on the Lal Ghat route, stated in his memorandum about the insecurity to his life, alleging a group of hotel workers of physically abusing him. He also stated that, his plea for an action against the accused group of people is still not heard by the concerned police station officials and the accused group is still troubling him on daily basis.
Amjad Khan, resident of Pahada, who runs a massage parlor in Lal Ghat area, was the other applicant to present the memorandum. He alleged that, one of the concerned police official of the area is continuously threatening to lock him in the name of a fake case.
Amjad mentioned that he was previously assured about no further threats from the same officer, on presenting the report; but instead, the alleged police official is now acting in rage against him.
SP Mahesh Goyal contacted the Ghantaghar Police Station in-charge and ordered to see about the matter of dispute and present a report of the same.
