Tea vendor dies after being hit by unknown vehicle

A middle aged man died after being hit by a speeding vehicle at Badi road on 1st April 2012. Chunnilal Kharol succumbed to his injuries when he was being treated at MB Hospital today morning.

According to sources, the deceased owns a tea stall near Narayan Seva Samiti and was returning to his home at Devali yesterday morning when a vehicle hit him at Agrasen Choraha near Badi road.

According to sources, the deceased owns a tea stall near Narayan Seva Samiti and was returning to his home at Devali yesterday morning when a vehicle hit him at Agrasen Choraha near Badi road.

Chunnilal was rushed to hospital by some passerby with the help of 108 Emergency Ambulance and admitted with serious life threatening injuries in Ward no. 16.

According to the police, the victim was declared dead today morning by the Doctors. The body was shifted to the mortuary after post-mortem and handed over to the family members.

After getting the information of the mishap, police has started its investigation.
