An incident of theft was reported from the house of a retired navy officer at A-1 complex in Manwa Kheda. The thieves managed to get away with ornaments, cash and dollar currency.

Hari Mohan Mathur (60) , owner of the house in his report at Hiran Magri Police Station stated that thieves have stolen a Jewelry Box, few dollars , 5000 rupees (coins), 20 thousand Rupees  cash, envelops containing cash received as gifts and a Titan watch. Hari will provide additional list of stolen items by evening, said Police.

Hari and his wife left for Delhi on 3^rd September to be at their son’s house. Hari informed Police that he got information of the theft from his neighbors on 6^th September and he rushed to Udaipur immediately.  Today on reaching his house he found the inter-locking system was broken and gates of two bed rooms were also open. Things were scattered all over the room and certain items were found missing from the cupboard.

Hari also informed Police that his son got married in the year 2012 and was staying in Dehli. Envelopes containing cash were those received by them from guests at the time of marriage, police said.
