A temple donation box and a jewellery shop were looted last night on 19th March as these two separate incidents were reported from two different areas of the city. As per the information provided by the Police, thieves ransacked the Donation Box (Daan Peti) of the Vishbeshraya Temple in Goverdhan Vilas. Inside the main temple, there are two smaller temples. The Donation Boxes of both the smaller temples were looted by the thieves. In another case of theft silver ornaments from a shop named Raj Jewellers at Dabok Chauraha were looted. Raj Jewellers is owned by Ganesh Lal Soni. As per the Police a hole was dug in the wall of the shop to effect the loot. Jewellery worth Rs. 35 thousand was looted from the shop. Both the cases have been registered at Goverdhan Vilas Police Station and Dabok Police Station respectively
