Cash, ornaments of gold and silver and other items were reported to have been stolen from a house near Apni Dhani Restaurant, Pratap Nagar, as per a case lodged with the Pratap Nagar Police yesterday evening.

The resident of the house, Kailash Meghwal reported that the main gate of house was open and the above mentioned items were missing from the closets. Kailash had been to his parental house at Judana village and the robbery took place during his absence.

Kailash had been visiting his parental house with his parents since 18thJanuary and his house was vacant. He has reported a theft of Rs. 40,000 cash, ornaments of gold and silver and various other articles totaling to thousands of rupees.

Kailash Informed the police that he left his house on 18th January at around 6 pm and he returned to his house yesterday morning at 10.30 am; Police have collected all the information related to the incidence and started their investigations.
