In a burglary reported at the Hiran Magri Police Station, thieves fled with Rs. 16,000 cash and Silver ornaments from a house in Hiran Magri, Sector – 7 earlier tonight.

According to Police, Kishore s/o Ghalaram Kalra, resident of Sector – 7 was out with his family from 8 PM for 1 hour.  When he returned, he found his main gate open and a drunken man sitting inside.

Seeing the family come in, the drunk person ran away and later it was found that the house has been burgled of cash and silver ornaments as mentioned above.

Police have registered the case and are looking for the crooks.
