Three incidents of theft and robbery were registered in different police stations of the city on Friday. As per the official information, a house at Dakan Kotra village was allegedly attacked by group of thieves who escaped with jewelries, before tying and thrashing house owners.

In another case, a truck was reportedly stolen from Madri Industrial Area road No.1 on the night of 12 Jan. Likewise; some bundles of clothes and raw material for medicinal purpose were stolen from a parked truck at Madri area. Police has registered the case and started investigation.

Case1: A 42-year-old woman was injured and admitted to hospital after been attacked by group of thieves entered in her house at village Dakan Kotra. Pair of gold earrings was snatched by the thieves before fleeing. The victim woman Champa and her father-in-law Mangla Meena were tied by the thieves. During retaliation by Champa, thieves thrashed duo and flee injuring Champa.

Case 2: Uttam Singh, owner of a Delhi based transport company lodged police complaint with Pratap Nagar Police that a bundle of clothes and few other goods were stolen from his truck parked outside his employee Vikas Nepali’s house at Math Madri on the night of 10-11 Jan.

Case3: Munir Khan, a truck driver lodged complaint that his truck was stolen on the night of 12 ^th Jan. The truck was parked at Madri Industrial Area, Road No.1.
