Theft worth Rs. 1.15 lacs from Newly Inaugurated 4-star Hotel

The newly inaugurated Hotel Valley View, near Transport Nagar, Airport Road, had its bad-day yesterday when 6 LCDs were reportedly stolen from the Hotel rooms and basement store.

 

The newly inaugurated Hotel Valley View, near Transport Nagar, Airport Road, had its bad-day yesterday when 6 LCDs were reportedly stolen from the Hotel rooms and basement store.

In a report lodged at Pratap Nagar Police station, Hotel authority stated that during the regular room service procedure, room boys found that 2 LCDs were missing from the rooms. Meanwhile, they realized that 4 LCDs from Basement store were also missing.

The 6 LCDs of Toshiba Company are worth around Rs. 1.15 lacs. The Hotel is still under construction as a few rooms are still being built.

The Hotel was inaugurated on September 22, 2012 by Chief Guest Randeep Dhankhar, Chairman of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation.

Police registered the case and is looking for some clue which can crack the case.
