Another incident of theft occurred in the city yesterday, at the house of late politician and journalist D.I Khan at Panchwati. The stolen items also included thousands of rupees in cash and a licensed revolver.

According to the FIR lodged by Khan’s daughter, the incident probably took place after she went to her relative’s place at 8.30 last evening.  She discovered the theft when she returned back after 2 hours.

As per the report, Rs.50,000 cash, a laptop, a licensed revolver and bullets were stolen from the house.
