Two houses located in different areas were targeted by thieves on the night of 17^th Nov. The house of Naseer Baksh at Dholi Bawadi and Sheikh Abdul resident of Sunderwas were ransacked by thieves. Cash, and jewelry worth several lacs went missing from the houses.

Naseer Baksh resident of Chatriwala Chowk, Dholi Bawdi had gone out to attend Muharram procession with his family.

On returning back Baksh discovered that the main gate of his house was locked however the rooms inside were open including lockers and almirah. Baksh immedieatly checked his valuables and found that gold and silver jewelries and cash were missing.

A case of burglary was reported at Sunderwas when the house owner Sheikh Abdul and his family was out of the city to their parental house at Orissa.

Abdul and his family returned back last night and discovered that electronic items including television, utensils, new clothes and other items were stolen.
