A readymade garment showroom situated at Bapu Bazar became target of theives last night. The accused stole cash ₹ 6000 from the drawer at the reception.

Mohit Lalvani, owner of the showroom informed that today when he reached his showroom he discovered that everything was scattered and the drawer of the reception lying open. An amount of ₹ 6000 cash was found missing, as per victim.

Victim also said that stock of garments is yet to be verified to check whether garments were stolen or not.

Sukh Lal Sahu, General Secretary of the Vyapari Association of Bapu Bazar said that all the shopkeepers of the area were unhappy after the incidence. They also said that thefts have increased in the area from last few months and demanded to increase night patrolling by police.

Police from Surajpol police station also reached at the showroom for verification of the incidence and started the investigation on the matter.
