A residence at Kharol Colony was targeted by thieves, while the owners of house were out. Precious ornaments worth Lacs of rupees and Rs.30, 000 cash are missing and a police complaint has been lodged by the house owner Kesulal Dangi, employee at Water Works Department.

According to the victim, supposedly the theft took place when the owner was out of the house and his family had also gone to attend a wedding function.

When Kesulal Dangi returned home at 2 pm of Wednesday, he noticed the main door was open, he went inside and got shocked by seeing everything in the house, lying on floor and cupboards including safe, where ornaments and cash were kept was empty.

Dangi lodged report of theft at Police station and stated that gold and silver ornaments worth nearly Rs. 2 Lacs and cash Rs.30,000 were stolen from his house. Police has started investigation.
