An incident of theft was reported from a house in Sector-14 where thieves looted jewelery, valuable items along with Rs. 20,000 cash on 28th June.

Victim, Pradeep Kumar Sharma was out of town for a day on 28th June. That night, thieves entered the house from terrace and broke the grill of the ventilation. They stole jewelery, laptop, watches, LPG cylinders and silver coins from the victim’s house, as per Goverdhan Vilas police.

The next day when the victim returned to home, he discovered that the cupboards were lying open and the valuables were stolen from the house, as informed by police.

A case of theft was registered at Goverdhan Vilas police station yesterday and the investigation has been started.
