The Team of Special Task Force displayed their efficiency by arresting 3 accused including a lawyer and a bus conductor with 3 illegal country-made pistols and 3 live bullets in their custody. They were held after raids conducted by the team with Hathipol police and Hiran Magri police.

The team of cops raided the Shiksha Bhawan Circle on Tuesday afternoon after the tip off of two suspects in a luxury car. The police apprehended 2 country made pistols with 3 live bullets from them.

The accused were identified as Sabir Husain alias Wakil of Basad area (Pratapgarh district) and Sanjeev Kumar of Jhunjhunu. During the interrogation, it was found that Sabir was an advocate who purchased the pistol from Sanjeev in Rs. 47,000.

In another raid conducted by joint team of STF and Hiran Magri police, accused Hansraj Dangi alias Pappu of Chittor was arrested with country made pistol in Hiran Magri.

Later, all the three arrested were booked under various sections of Arms Act and their weapons confiscated.
