Bhopalpura Police in three different operations nabbed three people possessing illegal weapons. All the accused are booked under Arms Act and three country made pistols and bullets were seized.

As per Dy. S.P Goverdhanlal, “The accused Manish Meena was arrested from Court Chouraha, Wasim was nabbed from Bhopalpura and Modh Singh was caught from Maha Satiya Area.”

Bhopalpura Police came in action after receiving information about the accused carrying weapons.

During initial interrogation, Manish informed police that he bought the pistol from a man in M.P for Rs.10000 while Wasim revealed that he was intending to attack someone out of revenge. The third accused, Modh Singh was planning to sell the weapon.

Police has started investigating the cases further to crack the illegal weapon nexus in city.
