Ghanta Ghar Police has arrested two absconding accused under the charges of assault. Both of them have allegedly beaten a man at Imlighat area few days back and also attempted to open fire at the victim.

According to police, the incident of assault took place on 15th Nov when both the accused, Alam and Razzak beaten the victim Kundan over prolong dispute, one of the accused also tried to fire at Kundan but the bullet got stuck in the gun. Both of them fled away from the spot.

The injured victim was rushed to the MB hospital and police started searching the duo. On Tuesday, both accused were caught by Ghantaghar police following series of raids at various hideouts, few suspects were also rounded up to know the whereabouts of the accused.
