Surajpol Police has arrested two accused for stealing number of motorbikes and scooters from different areas of the city. 5 stolen vehicles are also recovered from them.

The accused Gautam alias Fatak, resident of Kailash Colony and Zuber Ali alias Bhayyu , resident of Patel Circle are arrested, both of the accused also have previous cases registered against them.

As per police, a special drive to nab vehicle thieves has been initiated by S.P Ajaypal Lamba and a special team was deployed under the direction of Dy.S.P Madhuri to investigate the series of vehicle thefts occurred in the city.

During investigation, the names of Gautam and Zuber were come out as one of the suspects. Both accused were detained and during interrogation, they admitted to steal number of bikes and scooters. Based on their information, police recovered 5 stolen vehicles.
