In two different incidents of alleged assaults reported last night in the city, two people were injured and admitted in MB Hospital.

Sharafat hussain, a mobile shop owner at Hiran Magri area was attacked by a group of men, who came to purchase mobile phone at his shop last night. The accused were identified as Jaggu Harijan and Shankar Bhuppa.

In another incident, a man was stabbed over personal rivalry at Bichhu Ghati, the attackers fled from the scene.

According to police, the victim Asrar Ahmed was allegedly attacked by two people identified as Sajid and Sultan over some personal issue which took place in a wedding ceremony on an earlier occasion.

Asrar has received injuries on one of his legs; he was rushed to MB Hospital.
