A shocking incidence happened 2 days back near Mohta Park where a home guard was beaten by man over an alleged family dispute. Later it was found that the man was annoyed with the home guard for contacting his wife and so he called him near the park and beat him. But the scene took another turn when someone recorded the whole scene and made it viral on social media.

 As per the police, victim Kesul Lal Dangi of Chikalvas village had beaten the home guard indentified as Kesar Singh on August 25 after a conversation between them turned violent. Kesar somehow managed to flee from the scene but he lodged an FIR against Kesu Lal for beating him.

In the police investigation it was found that the few days back Kesar Singh’s daughter had lost her mobile phone that was found from custody of Kesu Lal’s wife. During that time Kesar and Kesu’s wife came in contact and started talking over the phone, but Kesu did not like that and raised his objection. His wife got annoyed and went to her parent’s house and after lot of persuasion didn’t return; making Kesu believe Kesar responsible for family dispute, said police.

Following that on August 25 Kesu Lal called Kesar to meet him near Mohta Park and when he came, Kesu Lal started beating him. The entire scene was recorded by some passerby who floated it on social media.

Kesu Lal when contacted informed UT that Kesar Singh and wife Chanda had been humiliating him since last 1 year and he had also reported it to police but no action was taken. On 25^th he called Kesar to have a discussion with him but the scene turned ugly.

On the other hand Kesar Singh claimed that Kesu Lal is making false stories just to defame him and lodged an FIR against him at the local police station.

It was a case of family dispute as Kesu Lal had given a report at Mahila Thana regarding the issue 2 months back. Following that Kesar Singh was instructed to stay away from the matter and Kesu’s wife was given counseling but she refused to go with Kesu lal, said Deputy Sp Gopal Singh Bhatti.
